Project Details
HVS Design is providing Interior Design services for a new, ground-up Hyatt Place in Miramar Beach, Florida. The hotel is anticipated to have five stories, 84 rooms, and 1,600 square feet of meeting space. Taking influence from the flourishing local arts and culture community, the hotel will feature a custom-designed theme of local artwork that will be a focal point in the lobby and continue throughout the common areas. It is projected to open in late 2018.
